Local visibility · Austin, TX
Your Austin Google profile, complete and telling the truth.
When somebody here looks for a service with a phone in their hand, the first thing on screen is a map with three businesses. What they read about you at that moment is not written by Google — it is written by your profile.
The map around here
Crowded categories and brand-new listings.
Austin is where we live and where the agency started. We know the market because we shop in it: we know which local businesses show up when someone searches, and which do not.
In Austin the most searched categories — food, coffee, trades, home services — are packed, and a good share of the businesses competing with you opened recently: they arrived with the city. That has a plain, unromantic consequence. The listing next door was created two months ago, with fresh photos, hours filled in and the questions answered, while yours has not been opened in years.
Google documents three factors behind local results: relevance, distance and prominence. Nobody moves distance, and prominence is built outside the profile, over time. Relevance is what your profile says about you: the primary category, the services you list, the hours, the area you travel to, the photos and the replies. A complete profile helps Google understand what your business is about; a half-filled one leaves it guessing.
Our work here is descriptive and deliberately dull: get the profile saying the truth about your business, in full and up to date, and keep it that way month after month. We are not Google, the profile costs nothing, and the account stays in your name — we work inside yours, with manager access you can withdraw whenever you want.
How far we go
Austin and the I-35 corridor.
We serve businesses in Austin, TX and the cities around it: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos.
A shop in Georgetown and a shop in Kyle do the same work and almost never turn up in the same search: the distance between the searcher and the business is one of the three documented factors, and nobody negotiates that part. What you do decide is how your profile is declared: address on show if you have a place open to the public, or a business that travels — address hidden, cities listed — if you go to the customer.
That choice changes what somebody in Pflugerville, Leander or Buda sees when they find you, and it is one of the few things worth thinking through before touching anything. It can be changed later, but for a few days the map ends up saying two different things about you.
Coverage
In person in Austin, TX only. Online, anywhere in the United States.
The agency's home base. It is the only area where we come in person — the on-site Orbit Voz installation is a local extra here, not a requirement of the product.
How it works
Four steps, with the advantage of being nearby.
01
We start with the free checkup: we look at your profile the way an Austin customer sees it — on a phone, on the map and in an ordinary search — and put in writing what is missing and what is declared wrong. No obligation to hire anything afterwards.
02
We put the profile in order with your real details: primary and secondary categories, services one by one, hours including holidays, the area you travel to, and photos of yours rather than stock images.
03
If you would rather we took the photos on site, in Austin we can come. It is the only area we visit in person, and it is not a requirement for anything: the profile ends up just as complete if you shoot them on your phone and we tell you which ones are needed.
04
Then comes the monthly work: posts, questions answered, reviews replied to one by one, and the details reviewed whenever something changes. They are two separate things — a one-off setup and a monthly plan you can stop — and both are published with their price on the local visibility page.
Frequently asked
What people ask us before hiring.
Do you work inside my profile, or do you take it over?
Inside yours. We are given manager access to your profile, which stays yours and in your name, and you can withdraw that access from your own account whenever you want, without asking us or waiting on anyone. The profile itself costs nothing: what you pay for is the work on it.
My listing already exists and has reviews. Does anything get lost?
No. We work on the one that is already there: the reviews, the age of the listing and the photos your customers uploaded all stay put. Creating a second listing when you already have one is the genuinely expensive mistake, because it leaves your business duplicated on the map and someone has to undo it.
Can you come and take the photos?
In Austin, yes. It is the only area we visit in person. It is not a requirement: the profile ends up just as complete with photos you take on your phone, and we tell you exactly which ones are needed and of what.
What exactly am I hiring?
Two separate things: a one-off setup and a monthly plan you can stop. Both are published with their price on the local visibility page. What you hire is the work on the profile, with what happens each month written down in advance.
