ORBIT Voz · Houston, TX
The phone rings while you cross Houston. Let it be answered.
Katy to Pasadena is a long hour by car. The calls that come in while you are driving do not have to be lost.
Why here
In this metro, half the workday is highway.
Houston is the largest metro area in Texas, and that changes the problem: in a city this spread out, searching for a local service returns businesses half an hour away. Making it clear where you are and how far you travel matters more here than in a compact city.
In an area this large, a good part of the day goes into driving between one job and the next. The phone rings on I-10 or on the Beltway, and answering is not always possible, or safe.
The line answers, handles the basics — hours, address, which services you do — and leaves you the message with a name and a number. You call back when you stop, with the information in front of you.
Where the calls come from
Knowing where they call from changes who you call first.
We serve businesses in Houston, TX and the cities around it: Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Pasadena, Spring, Cypress, Missouri City.
When the caller is in Spring and you have just left Sugar Land, the first thing worth knowing is where they are calling from. The script can ask and write it into the message, so you decide the order in which you return calls.
Coverage
In person in Austin, TX only. Online, anywhere in the United States.
We work online. Everything is delivered exactly as in Austin; the only thing that does not reach this far is the in-person visit, which is an Austin extra and is not required for anything.
Getting it running
Set up online, no visit involved.
01
Free checkup, online: we look at how calls come in today and what is happening to the ones that go unanswered.
02
We write the script around your areas: which cities you serve, and what happens to a call that falls outside your radius.
03
Configuration happens over video call, and the line is answering the same day it is tested. Coming in person is an Austin extra; none of this needs it.
04
The plans, the included minutes and the top-ups are published with their full price on the service page.
Frequently asked
What people ask us before hiring.
I drive all day. What does this change for me?
That the call coming in while you are on I-10 does not go unanswered. The line picks up, takes the message, and you call back when you stop.
Can it ask which city they are calling from?
Yes, and in an area like this it tends to be the most useful question in the script: the message reaches you with the location, and you decide who to call back first.
Does anything have to be installed at my location?
No. It is configured online and nobody needs to come to your business. In-person installation is an Austin extra and changes nothing about how the line works.
What happens with calls from outside my area?
That is decided with you when the script is written: it can take the message anyway, or state clearly how far you go so nobody wastes their time.
