Does anything have to be installed at my location?
No. It is configured online and nobody needs to come to your business. In-person installation is an Austin extra and changes nothing about how the line works.
What happens with calls from outside my area?
That is decided with you when the script is written: it can take the message anyway, or state clearly how far you go so nobody wastes their time.
