ORBIT Voz · San Antonio, TX
Your phone answered in Spanish, in San Antonio.
The line answers in the caller's language. It is configured online and left running without anyone having to show up at your place.
Why here
Language is not an extra on the call.
San Antonio is a market where serving customers in Spanish is not an add-on, it is the default. We build bilingual sites with a separate address per language rather than a translator layered on top — which is how a site loses its ranking in both languages at once.
In San Antonio, someone calling a business often starts in Spanish and switches to English mid-sentence, or the other way round. A line that only understands one language forces the caller to repeat themselves, and some people hang up rather than repeat themselves.
That is why the script is written in both languages from the start: the greeting, the hours, the address and the message. It is not a translation of the English script, it is two scripts.
Where the calls come from
And which city each caller is in.
We serve businesses in San Antonio, TX and the cities around it: New Braunfels, Schertz, Converse, Boerne, Helotes, Universal City, Cibolo, Selma.
A business in Boerne or Cibolo gets calls from people who do not even know whether it is nearby. The script can state which cities you travel to, so the message that reaches you already has that settled.
Coverage
In person in Austin, TX only. Online, anywhere in the United States.
We work online. Everything is delivered exactly as in Austin; the only thing that does not reach this far is the in-person visit, which is an Austin extra and is not required for anything.
Getting it running
Set up online, end to end.
01
Free checkup over video call or in writing: we go through what happens today with the calls you do not answer.
02
We write both scripts, Spanish and English, with your hours, your address, and whatever you want asked before a message is taken.
03
Configuration happens online: number, hours, forwarding, and where the message reaches you. On-site installation is an Austin extra and changes nothing about how the line works here.
04
The plans, the included minutes and the top-ups are published with their full price on the service page.
Frequently asked
What people ask us before hiring.
Does it work the same if nobody comes to install it?
Yes. Configuration happens online and no part of the service depends on a visit. On-site installation is an Austin extra, not a requirement of the product.
How does the line know which language to answer in?
By the language the caller speaks. Two scripts are written, not one translation, so both versions sound natural to someone from here.
Can it say which cities I travel to?
Yes, and it is one of the most useful things in this area: the script can name the cities you serve and write it into the message, so you do not have to ask when you call back.
What exactly reaches me when somebody calls?
The message with the name, the phone number and what the person was asking for, wherever you tell us to send it. You call back when you can, with the details in front of you.
